Exercise through cardio & weights For Weight Loss
Another Key to successfull Weight loss is fitting in 30 minutes to 1 hour of cardio in order to shed off the excess fat. Find an exercise that you love to do whether it is walking for 30 minutes at a fast pace through the neighborhood or your favorite park or shopping mall if the weather is too cold to wal outdoors. I for one love kickboxing or step aerobics! Then in addition to the cardio fit in 15-20 minutes of weight training.
It is proven that the more muscle your build will in turn help burn for calories and fat. Try going to your local gym or purchase a few free weights to get started. Lots of fitness magazines like Shape, Fitness, Oxygen and Muscle Magazine for men are filled with different weight training routines so that you are never bored. Oxygen is my favorite because it is filled with informative training techniques that are designed to lean out the figure and melt fat off.
